Our Site-Built Stretched Fabric acoustic wall panelling is designed to offer unparalleled design flexibility and the highest levels of acoustic absorption.
The system comes in 3 thicknesses; 12mm, 25mm and 50mm. With the 50mm system offering Class A acoustic absorption. Each system is made from three main components:
Track
These are the concealed extruded lengths that provide the system’s structure. Fixed to the wall first, the way these are cut and joined will dictate the hairline joins and direction of the fabric later. Different thicknesses and profile shapes are available.
Acoustic core
This is the invisible heavy lifter of the system, providing the precisely tuned absorption each specific environment needs. Large sheets of acoustic core are cut down and fixed to the wall between the track. There are three distinct types of core we use depending on specific client needs, all have been rigorously tested.
Fabric
This is the final visual element and is what brings the entire system together. The Fabric is trimmed, stretched and the sides are skilfully tucked into the track. Most fabric types and patterns are compatible with our track, we can even create bespoke shapes.
